Shipping policy

US & Rest of World:

• Free shipping on orders over $1,330 USD.
• Delivery Timeline: 3-6 business days including processing.
• Processing is typically between 1-3 business days, followed by the shipping dates which are 1-3 days.
• Special order items will be shipped once they are ready, typically 16-18 weeks. 
• Please note that returns need to be initiated here within 10 days (including the date it shipped) of the shipping date. DHL pickups can be scheduled here. 
• All shipments over $800 USD that are being imported into the US do require additional clearance information as required by US Customs. DHL will reach out to each client individually for this information to ensure timely delivery. Your information is secure with DHL. Wardrobe Apparel does not have access to this information nor do we store it.
  

Canada:

• Free shipping on orders over $450 CAD.
• Delivery Timeline: 1-7 business days, depending on the level of shipping chosen. 
• Standard shipping is up to 7 business days.
• Express shipping is 1-3 business days. 
• Special order items will be shipped once they are ready, typically 16-18 weeks.
• Please note that returns need to be initiated here within 10 days (including the date it shipped) of the shipping date.
